Training DVD’s
The Chamber has recently purchased 3 sets of training modules from Brad Worthley International that are available for checkout at no cost to members. The modules are based on the following subjects:
- Customer Service Training: Exceeding Customer Expectations
- Leadership Development: Turning Managers into Leaders
- Leadership Development: How to coach your employees, peers & supervisor
Members can check the videos out for up to 2 weeks at a time. A $20 deposit is due by check at the time of checkout, which will be refunded when the videos are returned. Call (360) 428-8547 to see which modules are available.
