Announcing the Winners of Hotel Bellwether’s Holiday Tree Program

And the Winner is …

Thank you to everyone who voted on our Holiday Trees program throughout the month of December. We had 20 businesses donate and decorate trees to support Skookum Kids, Bellingham’s emergency foster care shelter for kids in need. With the businesses’ donations, and the donations of all Hotel Bellwether guests who voted on their favorite tree, we raised more than
$9,500 for Skookum.

We did a drawing of the voters, and Cecilia S. won a one-night stay in our Signature Lighthouse Suite.
 

Winning Business!

We’re so excited to announce that the tree with the most votes was decorated by Bellingham’s own Urban Ecology! Urban Ecology’s staff will get a wine-pairing dinner in our exclusive Wine Cellar.
 

First Runner Up

Dawson Construction’s tree had the second most votes! Dawson is perhaps Bellingham’s most prolific contractor. You can check out everything they have to offer at their website by clicking here.
 

Second Runner Up

The Schooner Zodiac’s nautical-themed tree had the third most votes! Offering spectacular cruises and charter’s, the 160-foot vessel is represents Bellingham’s upper echelon of sea adventures. Check out their website here.
