February 23 – Succession Planning for Small Business

When: February 23  |  3:30 pm – 5:00 pm
Where: Anacortes Chamber of Commerce – 819 Commercial Ave Ste. F, Anacortes, WA

All business owners need to devote time and energy to developing a succession plan for their business. With a succession plan, business owners can identify a person or persons who can continue the business in the event that tragedy strikes or when the current owner decides to retire or sell. A succession strategy is a long-term event that takes months and, in some cases, years to implement successfully within the small business.

Learn strategies that will help you plan for an effective transition of your business. If you are looking to retire, sell your business, or are looking for ways to grow future leaders in your business then you should attend this free class.

This workshop is a component of the EDASC/SBDC Roadshow and is presented by the Anacortes Chamber of Commerce. The Roadshow takes place the fourth Thursday at 3:30 PM each month at the Anacortes Chamber of Commerce. Join us for informative and educational classes designed to help you improve your business.
