Shoppers who buy some special balloons in June can help bring a smile and much needed care to young patients at Seattle Children’s Hospital.
Haggen Food & Pharmacy stores in Washington are offering Miracle Balloons from June 2-15 as a fundraiser for Seattle Children’s Hospital. Sales of the $1 paper balloons, available at store checkstands, will support uncompensated care, enabling children to receive medical care regardless of their family’s ability to pay. Seattle Children’s Hospital will provide over $100 million in uncompensated care this year
Also, Haggen Food & Pharmacy stores are offering barbecued hot dogs and chips in their parking lots from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 5. Donations from the barbecue event also will go to Seattle Children’s.
