The Skagit Food Distribution Center serves 14 local food banks and other food initiatives in Skagit County. The goal is to get 10,000 pounds of food and toiletries donated during the drive. $1 can purchase 7.5 pounds of bulk food; to make an online donation go to www.CommunityActionSkagit.org. Please contact Tracy Montaron at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to volunteer to hold a drive at your business, church, or organization.
On Thursday, March 30, 2017, there will be an open house celebrating volunteers, donors and community partners from 4:30 – 6:00 p.m. at the Skagit Food Distribution Center, located at 236 W.
