The TV travel show “OFFICIAL BEST OF WASHINGTON 2011” will showcase Salon Rouge and the Wild Iris Inn, both from La Conner, during this year’s show. The show features several businesses from all over Washington State in various travel and recreation categories, each selected as “Best of Washington for 2011”. Salon Rouge was selected as “Official Best Salon and Day Spa”, while the Wild Iris Inn was selected as “Official Best Romantic Retreat”.
The “Best of Washington” production crews were on location at Salon Rouge and the Wild Iris Inn in late August. The show is projected to air nationally on the Discovery Channel in early October and in the Seattle market on NBC KING TV at noon on September 10th.
