Mistatim, Red Sky will be at McIntyre Hall for ONE DAY ONLY on Thursday, November 19.
Internationally renowned for its artistry and innovation, Red Sky is Canada’s leading company of contemporary world Indigenous performance in dance, theatre, and music. Written by Erin Shields and based on a concept by Sandra Laronde, Mistatim is a coming of age story about the truest of friendships. A wooden fence is all that separates Calvin’s ranch and Speck’s reservation, but now one wild horse named Mistatim will bring them together, galvanizing a new friendship across the cultural divide.
Grades: 3 – 7 and general public welcome
“audacious, astonishing… magnificent in the scope of its imagination, mysterious in its beauty.” ~Globe and Mail
