Riverwalk and Flood Wall Phase 1 Now Complete!

Phase 1 of the Downtown Riverfront Revitalization and Skagit Riverwalk is officially complete after Friday, December 10th’s ribbon cutting ceremony. The wall, which stretches from Lions park to the Division St. Bridge, serves as a flood wall, provides beautification to the area and a place for recreation.
