Fall Season

Fall in Mount Vernon includes Festival of Farms, Historic Downtown, waterfront park, historic barn tour, wildlife, wineries and breweries welcome you to experience adventure here in Mount Vernon. On the eastern edge of the county along a magnificent stretch of highway are the North Cascade Mountains where you can view eagles on the Skagit River or take a hike on 50 miles of trails. Skagit River Salmon Festival

September 8, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m

October 6-7, 2018

The seasons collide colorfully in Skagit Valley. Pick gourds and pumpkins for fall, play on the beach and enjoy the last summer berries and produce.  Coast to Cascades – Skagit Valley is the “haycation” of choice this October!

Skagit Wine and Beer Festival

November 17, 2018

You will be delighted with wines & microbrews from regions throughout Washington, including local Skagit County wineries as well as gourmet appetizers, divine chocolate and delectable cheese samplings made right in Skagit County.
