The Cascade Loop has just opened up again! Have you ever driven historic Highway 20? Just 1 hour east of Mount Vernon you can take a Seattle City Light tour of Diablo Lake and Diablo Dam. Or, go west to the waterfront in Anacortes and catch a whale-watching tour.
