June Berries in Beautiful Mount VernonAs the Pacific Northwest weather turns warmer, the Skagit Valley is blessed with fertile ground for berries and produce. We are fortunate to have some great berry growers in our area, in addition to many small farms delivering farm-fresh produce all summer! Enjoy our fabulous Farmer's Market each Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm in Downtown Mount Vernon as you walk along the beautiful Skagit River. If you plan to be in town from June 19 through the 22, don't miss Burlington's Berry Dairy Days festival- you'll love the parade and abundance of fresh berries and ice cream. Or, pick your own berries throughout the summer at one of the many u-pick berry farms in the Valley.
