Spring Season

Spring in Mount Vernon includes bird watching, Historic Downtown, Skagit Valley Tulip Festival, biking and the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival Street Fair welcome you to experience adventure here in Mount Vernon. On the eastern edge of the county along a magnificent stretch of highway are the North Cascade Mountains where you can view eagles on the Skagit River or take a hike on 50 miles of trails. Kincaid St, Mount Vernon. We will pick a random number each day and the corresponding visitor will win the prize. Tulip Run 

Be a part of Skagit Valley Tulip Festival’s premier running event. This scenic 2 or 5 mile course is flat and fast on gravel packed trails. It’s an experience the whole family will enjoy. Free to 10 and under (to encourage you) and free to 70 and older (you deserve it!). Otherwise, $20 or $30 w/shirt. Info and register on-line
