About the Mount Vernon Visitor Information Center

Welcome to the Mount Vernon Visitor Information Center and Chamber of Commerce!

The Visitor Information Center is located in the Skagit Transit Station just off of I-5 Exit 226. We are open 7 days a week, Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm, Saturday 10:30 am to 3:30 pm, and Sunday 10:30 am to 3:30 pm. We are an excellent resource for information about all of Skagit County! Stop here before going to the Anacortes Ferry or the North Cascades Highway and we’ll tell you our local secrets!

Getting Here

• From I-5 North or South, take Exit 226.
• Turn West and take the first right turn into the Skagit Transit Station.
• We are located inside the transit station.
