Skagit Valley College announces exciting updates for Fall Quarter! It’s not too late to apply!

Yes, Skagit Valley College is open for Fall Quarter! We’re Here for You! SVC is pleased to announce that we are offering many new options for Fall Quarter taught by our trained, experienced online instructors. Classes start Tuesday, September 22! It’s not too late to apply and register! Visit www.skagit.edu/fall-2020 .

Classes will be offered mostly online, but we will offer some face-to-face opportunities, including some of our science and workforce labs, plus lots of support services and resources to help you be successful!

“The health and safety of our students and the SVC community are our top priorities, so we are continuing to adapt our instruction, services, and resources to meet their needs,” said SVC President Tom Keegan. “We are proud to offer our students excellent online courses, as well as some in-person opportunities, with safety protocols in place.”

  • Academic Transfer — Get a jump on your transfer degree and save BIG on tuition, compared to a four-year college, and no commute time.

  • Running Start — High School Juniors and Seniors: you can earn tuition-free college credit at SVC while you’re in high school. Support for online learning technology is available.
  • Drop-in Students — If you’ve been attending a four-year university, but taking a break, Skagit welcomes you to take a few classes and then have them transferred.
  • Basic Education for Adults — We are committed to your success with programs for High School Completion, GED Prep, and English Language Acquisition classes. Resources available to help you include laptop loans, funding, and advising support.
  • Complete the Degree You Started — If you would like to finally finish the degree you started, we’re ready to help!
