Tulips in Bloom! April 1 – 30, Christianson’s Nursery, 15806 Best Road, Mount Vernon.  As we welcome spring and the fabulous rainbow of blooming tulips across our valley, it is safe to say that spring of 2021 will still be a slightly different version of Tulip Festivals from years past. Plan ahead: Tourists must buy tickets to reserve a specific time to view the colorful acres of tulips commercially grown at Tulip Town and RoozenGaarde. For up-to-date details, visit the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival website at www.TulipFestival.org.This spring, we are delighted to re-open “Art in the Schoolhouse” beginning April 1 to May 2, 2021, from 10:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Camano/Stanwood Arts Guild artists have been producing beautiful works of art throughout the pandemic and are incredibly excited to share their creations with you. Situated adjacent to the Meadow Schoolhouse will be Arbia Mobile Woodfired Pizza. Take-out a handmade authentic woodfired Napoletana style thin crust pizza or picnic on lawn chairs in the Schoolhouse Rose Garden. Most people who taste Arbia’s pizza for the first time say it is the best they have ever eaten!  For more information, call the Garden Store at 360-466-3821 or 1-800-585-8200 or visit our ‘Events' page at www.ChristiansonsNursery.com

Celebrate Mother’s Day with Us! Saturday and Sunday, May 8 & 9, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Christianson’s Nursery, 15806 Best Road, Mount Vernon. Now that many of us are spending more time outdoors experiencing the fragrant soft breezes of May and the ephemeral flowers once again reaching for the sky, it reminds us to make a special effort to recognize and appreciate all Mothers in our lives. Mother’s Day is undoubtedly our busiest day of the year and for many reasons. Our customers trust and rely on us to have a wide range of healthy, common and uncommon plants throughout the Nursery that reflect springtime as well as one-of-a-kind gifts.  Unique to Christianson’s are our mixed flowering hanging cedar baskets (14”) and coco-lined wire baskets (14” or 16”), each created by our in-house designers to repeat bloom and bring enjoyment throughout the months ahead. Fancy geraniums are a special Mother’s Day gift to be enjoyed throughout spring and summer. All varieties including zonal, ivy and fancy leaf (4-inch pots) will be 20% off during Mother’s Day weekend.  For more information, call the Garden Store at 360-466-3821 or 1-800-585-8200 or visit our ‘Events' page at www.ChristiansonsNursery.com
