Doc Talk: Providers to discuss benefits of 3D mammography

Join Radiologists and Technologists from Skagit Radiology for an informative question and answer presentation about the benefits of the new Genius 3D Mammography. Genius 3D mammography, also known as breast tomosynthesis, is now available at the new Women’s Imaging Center, formerly Breast Care Center, located in the Skagit Imaging Pavilion, 1320 East Division Street in Mount Vernon. Genius 3D mammography combines multiple breast images to provide a three-dimensional image of the breast advancing detection of potential cancer, reducing the need for follow-up imaging and improving breast cancer detection in dense breast tissue. No charge, but pre-registration is required by calling 360-814-2424.
