Business Owner Support Services

The Chamber knows that small business owners face unique challenges. They are experts in the main product or service that they provide. But there are so many other pieces to running a small business successfully. Owners need to wear many hats and handle functions within the business that are frequently out of their comfort zone. If you are a business owner you understand. Fortunately, assistance is available from the Chamber and other local organizations.

The B.O.S.S. Hotline is provided by the Mount Vernon Chamber to help small business owners when they have a business challenge. It could be to resolve a problem or to get advice on how to move forward on a new opportunity. We will match you with a Chamber member who will provide up to 1 hour of their expertise to get you the information that you need to proceed. Whatever the area of your question/need, we will connect you with an appropriate person.
