How about those SEAHAWKS?! 5-0! 🏈 Pat Ruel’s successful history with the Seattle Seahawks is beyond is impressive. His coaching tenure with the Hawks began in 2010. Among the many highlights, the offensive line was led last season by All-Pro Tackle Duane Brown, as Seattle led the NFL in rushing with 2,560 yards, the third-most in franchise history, and helped Running Back Chris Carson become Seattle’s first 1,000-yard rusher since 2014.

Coach Ruel’s inspirational story will showcase how striving for excellence on the field and in life helps guide student-athletes to success. As a young player, Pat Ruel was a standout football player at Coral Gables High School. During his highly successful career, he has played in, or coached, in championship games on each level: high school title, college national championship, as well as NFL Super Bowls.
