Whether you are brand new to meditation or have an established practice of this transformative way of being, join us for an intimate online zoom class of simple ease and peace. Instructor Jan Hodgman notes, “The basis of meditation is bringing our awareness to what’s right here in the moment, just as it is. It’s quite simple to be satisfied. All we need to do is to connect with what is here right now and see that we don’t need anything more than what is already available to us.
