Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a Residential Director! We have partnered with a well-established non-profit that specializes in providing social and human services to local youth. This organization offers top-notch, trauma-informed and people-first treatment to the youth in their programs. Staff work tirelessly, but with passion, to provide a safe place for all to succeed.

The Residential Director will be responsible for the direction and supervision, and operation of two residential group homes. The Residential Director also oversees and provides direct supervision to the residential management team, made up of on-site program managers and care managers. You will work closely with a team of management, support services, care counselors and case aides to ensure the safe and compassionate care of the children we serve.

Residential Director
Location: Skagit County, WA
Pay: $60,000/year + outstanding benefit package
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm plus rotating on-call responsibility

What you’ll need to be successful:
-Masters level college degree in Social Services or Education (required)
-Minimum of two years’ experience in a supervisory/administrative role in social services program(s) supporting children (required)
-Valid driver’s license (required)

-Assure that the client population and their caretakers are provided for in a healthy and safe environment in a manner consistent with agency policies and in compliance with all license and contract requirements.
-Supervise and manage the agency’s residential program, ensuring that agency-wide quality of care exists at a high standard and that the agency is operation within the philosophy of the agency and contract and licensing requirements and all applicable accreditation criteria.
-Supervise residential on-site program managers and case management staff and programs of the agency, ensuring quality programming for the youth in care.
-Have full knowledge and understating of the agency budget and its applications.
-Have full knowledge and understanding of the agency policies and procedures and clinical policies and procedures.
-Have full knowledge of the Minimum Licensing Standards as it relates to the licenses.
-Attend and facilitate all general staff meetings and consulting psychiatrist’s meetings; attend all other pertinent meetings as instructed. Be an active member of the Agency’s Management Team.
-Implement consistent modeling of appropriate personnel and management practices and implement and support successful team and morale building and staff development strategies.
-Represent the Agency in the professional and local community through affiliations and activities appropriate to the mission of the Agency. Represent the CEO at his/her request in professional capacities.
-Be on-call to provide support and response to staff, foster parents, and children during crisis situations.

Inside Sales Representative/Licensed Insurance Agent
Location:

Pay rate: $50,000 to $90,000/year (this is base pay and commission combined)

Automotive Claims Adjuster

Loan Operations Representative

Pay: $15.00-28.50/hour (DOE)

What we’re looking for:

-High School diploma or equivalent

-MS Excel, Word, and Outlook and typing skills

-Experience in lending/loan documentation/banking is ideal
