Why Summer State

The Washington State Girls Basketball Coaches Association (WSGBCA) Executive Board has been in conversations about many different items over the course of this year. One area of discussion was the disappointment with no culminating event this season and another topic was how to help our seniors close out the HS playing careers. Our goal is to provide an opportunity for the best teams in the state to play each other and include their graduating seniors who wish to play.

The Value of a Summer State Sponsorship

In a year with very few high school sports taking place in Washington and no culminating State level events, this event is one of the few statewide events for high school students. Partnering with Summer State demonstrates the value you place on the important moments in the lives of Washington students and families. Your support will enable the class of 2021 to experience a culminating event in their HS basketball careers that will be unlike any other. This is truly a “Once in a Lifetime” opportunity.
