Youth Arts Festival at Hillcrest Park

Mark your calendar early for this super event you won’t want to miss! This year’s FREE event promises to be filled with quality local children’s entertainment and and several booths providing hands on arts and crafts!  This festival is supported by the City of Mount Vernon and many other generous businesses and organizations within Mount Vernon and the Skagit Valley. Bring the whole family, a picnic lunch and enjoy the whole day together at Hillcrest Park in Mount Vernon.
