Full-Time | Monday–Thursday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM / Friday 9:00 AM–3:00 PM

No Evenings or Weekends

We are a fast-paced sign company seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Production Lead to join our team! If you enjoy working with your hands, thrive under tight deadlines, and take pride in delivering high-quality custom products, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret proofs accurately.
  • Assemble a wide variety of products, including:
  • Signs
  • Banners
  • Vinyl decals
  • Vehicle graphics
  • Apparel
  • Custom projects

Use hand and power tools safely and effectively, including:

X-Acto knives (for trimming and weeding vinyl graphics)

Drills (for adding mounting holes to substrates)

Heat guns (for applying decals and wraps to vehicles)

Panel saws (for cutting substrates to size per project)

Jigsaws (for cutting custom-shaped signs using vinyl templates)

Cut various substrates to precise specifications.

Climb and work safely on ladders as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Ensure projects are completed on time and meet company standards.

Qualifications

  • This is an entry-level position – we are willing to train the right person.
  • Must consistently understand and use a tape measure.
  • Ability to lift up to 50-pound rolls of vinyl regularly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines.
  • Troubleshoot challenges and develop solutions in the manufacturing process.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Basic understanding of the sign and apparel industry is a bonus.
