Screen time is embedded in our culture. How is it impacting us and our children physically, socially and emotionally? Join Rowena Narvadez- Pusateri, MD, Lisa Anderson, OTR/L, Becky Hendrickson, CCC/SLP, and Karen Pederson, PT as they interactively discuss technology’s impact and share strategies to enhance engagement. Tangible resources will be provided for immediate use.

Light snacks and prizes will be provided. Adults and children 13 years and older are welcome to attend free of charge by calling 360-814-2424. Parent Circle

Parent Circle is an evening support meeting for new parents and their babies. Class is held on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in the Family Birth Center Waiting Room at Skagit Valley Hospital. Topics to be discussed include adjustment to parenthood, perinatal mood disorders and life with a new baby. Both parents are welcome.  Please call 360-428-2999 for additional information.
