Fall Season

Fall in Mount Vernon is a season to experience. Come for the Festival of Family Farms and historic barn tour, explore historic downtown and the nearby waterfront park. Wineries and breweries, featuring local fruits and malts, welcome visitors any time of year. On the eastern edge of the county along a magnificent stretch of highway are the North Cascade Mountains where hikers can discover 50 miles of trails. Skagit Valley Festival of Farms

The seasons collide colorfully in Skagit Valley. Pick gourds and pumpkins for fall, play on the beach and enjoy the last summer berries and produce. Coast to Cascades – Skagit Valley is the “haycation” of choice this October!

You will be delighted with wines & microbrews from regions throughout Washington, including local Skagit County wineries as well as gourmet appetizers, divine chocolate and delectable cheese samplings made right here in Skagit County.
